Ray is as passionate about business as he is about life. Along with his life partner, Sharon Osborne, he splits his time between New Hampshire and Maine. They enjoy their two Border Collies that they adopted as adult dogs, and they love spending their spare time on the pontoon on Bear Pond or entertaining friends with a home cooked meal.

Life threw a curve in 2025, as Ray was diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer. The year was consumed with procedures and treatments, but the battle was won. The cancer is gone, but it left heart issues in its wake. Ray needed to leave his job driving a school bus and decided to use his 50 years of business experience to help others.

Ray is also mentoring other cancer fighters with Imerman Angels and holds an online cancer support group every other week. Cancer was a call to action for Ray.

Ray is also a published author with nearly 2,000 political opinion articles, 2 children’s books, and is working on a book about his cancer journey.
